Website visits

This website serves marketing pages, locally hosted assets and a project enquiry form. Optional Google Analytics is available only after you choose Accept analytics. Rejecting leaves it off. There are no advertising trackers. Project enquiries are handled separately from optional analytics. Your analytics choice is stored locally for up to 180 days; you can change it using Analytics preferences. If you accept, Google Analytics receives page visits, contact-link clicks and completed project enquiry submissions, along with technical browser/device information. We strip the page query string and fragment from the page address passed to Analytics, avoid sending the email link address, and disable advertising signals. Analytics may set first-party cookies. A contact-link click does not tell us whether you sent an email. Google processes the measurement data; see Google’s privacy policy. The web server records technical access and error logs, which may include IP address, request path, time and browser information, to operate the website and investigate problems.

Project enquiries

When you submit the project enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, selected service and message so we can review and respond to your request. A private copy is stored outside the public website and an email notification is sent to our business mailbox. Form records in website storage are removed after 90 days. Email correspondence is retained to manage the conversation and any resulting engagement.

To protect the form against abuse, we keep a keyed, non-reversible representation of the connection IP address with submission times in a rolling one-hour rate-limit record. The full IP address is not included in the enquiry record. Technical web-server logs are separate. Form contents, names and email addresses are not sent in our Analytics events. You can submit an enquiry without accepting Analytics. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Contact by email

The contact links open your email application. If you choose to email us, your email address and message are handled through our email service so we can respond and discuss your enquiry. Send only information needed for the conversation; do not include passwords or sensitive production data.

External websites

Client and project links lead to external websites with their own data-handling practices. Their pages are not embedded here.

Requests about your information
