One workflow.
A clear first delivery.
The Workflow Pilot is for a business with a specific manual handoff or a defined AI feature to add. We establish a small, testable scope before you commit to a larger build.
Discuss a Workflow Pilot ↗Choose a real starting point
Examples include moving an approved record between two applications, turning an incoming document into structured data for review, or preparing a contextual draft inside an existing application. Start with one workflow, one owner and an observable completion condition.
Step 1: define the pilot
We review the current process, representative examples, available interfaces and constraints. The proposed scope identifies the trigger, source and destination, data mapping, user roles, failure handling and acceptance checks. If AI adds value, its task and review boundaries are explicit.
What the implementation can include
The agreed pilot covers one defined workflow connecting up to two systems, using an available documented interface. Where relevant, it includes one AI task, an approval step, basic execution logging and bounded retries. These are proposed scope limits, confirmed in the written offer after the technical review.
What you receive
A workflow map, written scope and acceptance criteria, the agreed implementation, a demonstration against agreed examples, setup notes and a documented handover. Source-code delivery and third-party licence terms are defined in the agreement. Hosting and ongoing support are quoted separately where needed.
What needs a separate scope
A complete CRM or ERP, extensive historical data migration, undocumented integrations, additional workflows, custom model training, mobile applications and 24/7 support are outside the starting package. We identify these dependencies before quoting.
Price and timing
We provide a fixed-scope quotation after reviewing the interfaces and examples. The quotation states milestones, price, payment terms, assumptions and acceptance criteria. There is no public starting price or delivery deadline that assumes unknown requirements. External service subscriptions are identified separately.
What to send us
Describe the task, the two systems involved, the input and the expected result. Include the person responsible for the process and any deadline or access restrictions. Use anonymised examples; do not email passwords or confidential production data.
