The challenge

Turn brand context, AI-generated drafts and connected social accounts into one usable publishing workflow.

Our contribution

Product development across the web application, generation context, account integrations and scheduling logic.

The capability

Prepare content, review it and organise scheduled publishing within the application.

The product challenge

A social publishing application needs to coordinate more than generated text. Content has to reflect a brand, fit its destination, connect to the right account and be ready at the intended time. These steps need a coherent workflow that users can review and manage.

The development contribution

Iulian’s development work spans the web application, integrations and workflow logic. The implementation includes structured brand context for generation, connected social accounts and scheduling. Generation is part of a broader application flow, with user review and explicit content states.

A closer look: brand context

Brand preferences are resolved into structured context and assembled for generation, with fallbacks when information is missing. The implementation distinguishes manually created, AI-assisted and generated content. That distinction helps control which examples inform subsequent generation.

The resulting capability

The application brings content preparation, account connections and scheduled publishing together. The useful outcome is a concrete product capability: a user can prepare and organise content within the publishing workflow.

The workflow

AI inside a complete product workflow.

  1. Brand contextUse the business profile and relevant preferences.
  2. Content preparationCreate topics and draft content for review.
  3. Review & scheduleKeep explicit content states and a publishing schedule.
  4. Connected accountsConnect the publishing workflow to social platforms.

Engineering decisions that matter

What transfers to your project

The same engineering concerns apply to internal AI tools: prepare the right context, keep the user in control, track state and handle external dependencies explicitly. A new project defines its own integrations, review rules and acceptance criteria.
